The people under the independent salesperson are called the downline. Everyone knows that money can be made for those who already have money. It doesn't guarantee that they will, just that they can. Why Do People Get Involved in Network Marketing?

I have often wondered why people get involved in Network Marketing businesses only to jump from one business to another. For most people, the reason for having his or her own business is to allow themselves more flexibility to do the things
that owning a business permits.

In network marketing I find people jumping from one business to another if it doesn't meet the standards of what they feel it should be in a very short period of time. Before you join any MLM you must believe in the product you are promoting. It is much easier to make a sale if you are satisfied with their product. One of the unique characteristics of the network marketing type of business is that every individual distributor is in business for themselves but never by themselves.

There is monetary compensation, but network marketing gives more than that. Ultimately all business is about building trust. In some companies, you may just be recruiting for the sake of recruiting, but there should be a product to back
up your efforts. If the network marketing business is selling something a person can get at any local market, then you may not find your network marketing business to be as successful.
